IT consulting for small and mid-size businesses

Many small firms have no internal IT manager. Systems piled up over the years: a NAS, three USB sticks, a poorly set-up Microsoft 365 tenant, a printer nobody can fix, and a spreadsheet still acting as the “business app”. HAGEN ENTREPRISE, an EURL based in Villemandeur, works exactly there: putting order in place, not selling a full stack.

What we actually audit

A useful audit is one visit (or a remote session) plus a written list. We look at workstations, accounts, backups, administrator access, and contracts you already pay. The goal is not a 40-page report. It is to know: who holds the passwords, where critical files live, what is unmaintained, and what breaks the working day.

• Inventory (PCs, servers, NAS, telephony, printers).
• Accounts and rights: too many admins, shared logins, former staff still active.
• Backups: do they exist, are they tested, do they live off-site?
• Business tools: what is actually used versus ghost subscriptions.

Support, not a “transformation” programme

We help choose (or refuse) a tool: mail, file sharing, invoicing, a light CRM. We ask the questions software sales teams dislike: who enters the data, who corrects it, what happens if the line drops. Local work, written priorities

We mostly work with nearby organisations (Montargis area, Loiret, firms that want a named contact, not an anonymous ticket). Each recommendation is tagged urgent / useful / later. You keep the buying decision.

When consulting leads to software

Sometimes the market tool does not fit. Then we can move to custom software — a small PHP app, a client area, an automation — rather than an oversized ERP. Consulting stays first: do not code what a well-kept spreadsheet already does.
